Frequently Asked Questions
Check-In Time
As a rough guide, the check-in time is after 4 p.m. Let us know your arrival time in case you schedule an early check and we‘ll do our best to have your townhouse available. Please call in advance if you are in the area so we can check if townhouse is ready for early entry. We can accomodate an early check in with a minimum of 2 weeks notice. When you book your townhouse there is a special requirement space, please tell us there.
Check Out Time
As a rough guide, the check-out time is before 10am. Checkout time is crucial in turning the house for the next renter in the busy season. If you need an extra hour please let us know. We can then coordinate with our cleaning company.
Additional Bedding
Max sleeping availability is 12 persons. If you need further bedding please bring additional air mattresses.
Wireless Internet Connection
A wireless internet connection is available throughout the townhouse. We will provide you the passwords in your welcome letter. We will also provide them to you upon request. The townhouse features hi-speed web connectivity (Wireless). There are wireless mesh extenders with the WiFi code listed under them. All TV's are programmed, you must connect your own personal devices.
Cable TV Service
Alexander Premier Properties does not provide cable TV access. You can feel free to add your Netfix, HULU, Discovery+. All televisions have ROKU services.
NON Smoking Premises
Please smoke off premises and please do not smoke on the balcony.. There will be NO SMOKING anywhere on our property.. This includes cigarettes, vaping etc. The person who booked the townhouse will receive a minimum of a $350 smoke removal fee, regardless who smoked on the property.
What Is Around Me / Transportation
You are 2 blocks from the bay for free fishing, 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. You are around numerous restaurants and bars within a few blocks, 2 small corner stores with beer, fast food, lottery and more. Your closest cross street is 2nd and St Louis. You are in the heart of the downtown section. You are close to bus stop so you can leave your car on premises to go cross island. The bus starts near the inlet and goes all the way out to 145th street.
Where do we pick up a key for check in.
Approximately 3-4 days before your arrival, you will receive a welcome e-mail from us. It will contain everything you will need to know on how to check in and check out. The lock box code and the garage door code are the same. Please remember these codes to get into the premises and garage. You will also need the code to return the key. Lost or key not returned will result in a $100 locksmith fee.
Wallet System
We are introducing our wallet system. Once you book your townhouse for your vacation and pay the deposit, we have installed the wallet system so you can come back as many times as you want to keep adding money until your balance is paid in full. This works with PayPal and Stripe. Offline payments will show as a credit in your wallet.
Age Requirements
We understand that Ocean City, Maryland is a destination for graduating seniors. We do accept seniors age 18 and above. We do require every person staying in the house has valid ID cards issued by their state of residency. You will need them copied and submitted at arrival. Please make a copy. You must agree to abide by ALL local Ocean City laws as well as all Maryland State Laws. We will not tolerate any type of calls from the police to our townhouses. We will remove the whole group from the property and refunds will not be issued.

Amazing property! So many places to rest if you are with a big party! My family had 6 adults and 7 children and the accommodations were perfect. The balconiesbwere lovely and the showers and jet tub--- devine! Close to the boardwalk and any amenities you can think of! The pier and the park were perfect after a day at the beach! Will come back!
Great location, easily within walking distance to the Boardwalk. Clean and spacious. Everything looked new and some of the furniture still had the tags on! We didn’t have an issue, but please note this home has several staircases. If stairs are an issue for you, then this might not be the place for you. My in-laws (who are older) had issues with the stairs when they came to visit us.
